Legal situation & liability: detector replacement is mandatory
If your fire alarm or fire warning system is required under building law – for example in the building permit or in the fire protection concept – it must be operated in accordance with DIN 14675 and DIN VDE 0833 or DIN VDE V 0826-2 as applicable. Overdue detectors can go as far as leading to a prohibition on the use of the building. Owners, operators and responsible personnel are liable in the event of damage.

Service area
Fire detector replacement in the Lower Rhine region and across NRW
From our base in Schwalmtal, we carry out installations within a radius of around 100 km – including in Mönchengladbach, Viersen, Krefeld, Neuss, Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Heinsberg, Aachen and Cologne. We carry out on-site detector replacement in the core service area (up to 50 km) and in the extended service area (up to 100 km). Outside the 100 km radius, we replace detectors only on special request.
